Managing configs¶

Configs store all user settings and are saved as JSON files with a .lc extension.

Storage¶

• Windows: %APPDATA%/.lmts/
• Linux/macOS builds: ~/.local/share/.lmts/

Format¶

• JSON with 4-space indentation
• Extension: .lc
• Versioned via configVersion for future migrations

Default config¶

On startup, Hyperion ensures default.lc exists. If missing, it is created with defaults. If it exists, it is loaded and updated to include any new fields.
